Most people could benefit from life-coaching – male, female, young or old. There doesn't have to be anything “wrong” in order to gain from life-coaching. It can just be a matter of needing some support and guidance with various aspects of life which may be causing stress or anxiety. Sometimes people just want to feel good about themselves and are willing to explore ways of fulfilling their potential in life. The main requirements are a definite commitment to the process and a sincere willingness to change.
